Damage and Issues:

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, all buyers are responsible for return shipping. Our return address is in Asia. The cost may vary depending on your location, from 15 to 28 euros. We recommend sending a tracked return, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Exchanges.
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return your existing item and purchase a new one separately after the return has been accepted.
